The magistrates firmly believe that they can enter a "plea" on the behalf of defendants even when the defendant is standing in their "proper person" as though they are a "ward of the State or STATE." The magistrates apparently believe we are guilty rather than innocent until proven guilty by a "trial by jury" of our peers. The magistrate(s) also claim that you will have a fair trial. However, how can a trial ever be fair when magistrate, attorney and or lawyer are all members of the "BAR Association" and sub agencies of the State/ STATE?
Yesterday, Wednesday April 30, 2014, I assisted two very good friends during their special visit / special appearance at the Ada County court located at 200 West Front Street, Boise, Idaho. It was their wish to "defend themselves" along with "assistance of counsel" rather than being "represented" by an attorney or lawyer because they are in fact "officers of the court." This is a serious "conflict of interest." Anyway, this would be at least the seventh (7th) time I have assisted as "Next Friend" and with two different judges as they are called which all reality they are simply "magistrates." The interesting thing that has happened while assisting as Next Friend was that the magistrate(s) actually shut down...denied the prosecutor's request for me to leave the defendant's table because I was not a "licensed" attorney, stating that, "Mr. Rice has been in court before, that I know my 'role' and that they have found my presence to be quite helpful." Needless to say the prosecutor has not pleased by that statement. Now, although I consider the magistrate's statement to be just and indeed honorable, the fact remains is that they are operating an unjust and less than honorable system. A system in which they have yet to provide any verified proof of their oath of office or for their claim to have any "lawful jurisdiction" over us. In fact, these two magistrates, #72 "Thomas P. Watkins", and # 90"James Cawthon" which are the subject(s) of this blog acted quite "unethically" when questioned as to their "lawfully authority" to sit in judgment of my friends.
